What services can I purchase?
You can purchase services for children such as show tickets, labs, child friendly aperitifs and add to your cart (Little Concierge section). Tickets will be delivered to you by e mail. You can also purchase travel planner service (kids Experience section) and we’ll give you a travel journal with useful info for your family friendly holiday.

Are the rental items in good condition?
The rental items in the Kids in Sicily catalogue are all in excellent condition and are replaced periodically as wear and tear develops from normal use.

Are the rental items clean?
All items are cleaned and sanitised after each use.

Are the rental items safe?
All of our items are certified and comply with European standards. With specialist equipment (car seats, bike trailers, changing beds, bath tubs etc.), Kids in Sicily will send the client a copy of the manufacturers instructions for assembly, disassembly and proper use.

Can the items be delivered to and recollected from anywhere?
Certainly, just specify the address, date and time for delivery and collection when ordering. Delivery is only available within Sicily and to its minor islands.

How much is the cost of delivery?
The cost of delivery within Sicily is fixed at €17.50 For delivery to the minor islands (Egadi, Aeolian, Pelagie, Pantellerie, Ustica) the cost can vary and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

How can I order and pay? Hiring or buying items from Kids in Sicily is easy, just choose the item you want, add it to the cart and pay by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. All credit cards accepted.

Can I collect the items in order to save on cost of delivery?
You can collect your order in Palermo from SpazioMad coworking or Micro tourist information point. Rental items must then be returned to the same location during opening hours.

What should I do with rental items at the end of my holiday?
Items should be closed (in the case of pushchairs, travel cots and other items that come folded down) and placed back in the packaging / box in which it was received. Our courier will collect the item after your departure.

What if an item should break?
We recommend that you do not continue to use the item as it may be unsafe. Let us know what has happened as soon as possible by writing to and we will do our best to provide you with a replacement. If the breakage of an item is the fault of the client then the deposit may be withheld, as indicated in the Terms and Conditions.
